Advanced Mode Customers > Manage customers > Customers with purchase history

You can filter customers by customers with purchase history, customers with no purchase history and flagged customers. Flagged customers are those that you have flagged in [Find customers>Customer information>Customer profile]. If you select [Flagged customer], only the flagged customers with a purchase history will appear in the search results. You can only enter minimum or maximum value for [Order total/Number of orders]. Search customers with purchase history Search customers with purchase history by filters. Search filters include [Customer type], [Customer level], [Payment method], [Date range], [Name], [ID], etc. Order total Order total [Order total] is the total amount of orders regardless of their order status. (Product price x Quantity) + Shipping fee Order total (excluding cancellations) [Order total (excluding cancellations)] is the actual order amount paid after deducting any cancellations. Points and credits are not included. Number of orders Number of orders [Number of orders] is the total number of orders regardless of their order status. Unpaid orders, partial cancellations or exchanges, and canceled or returned orders are all included in the total. Number of orders (excluding cancellations) Cancellations (cancellations before payment and canceled or returned orders) are excluded from the number of orders. Customers with purchase history Check customers and their purchase history based on the selected search filters. Various types of information are displayed including [Latest order date], [Name], [ID], [Customer level], [Latest order number], etc. ID When clicked, [CRM] pop-up for the relevant customer will appear. Latest order number Clicking the related order number or referrer's ID will open the [Order details] pop-up. Email/Memo A colored memo icon indicates that a memo has been added for the customer. You can check the contents of the memo by hovering your mouse over the icon. When you click each icon, a [Send email] or [CRM] window will pop-up and allow you to send an email or add a memo. Advanced Mode Customers > Incentives > Points

Check detailed history of rewarded/deducted points for your customers. View points history of accounts in all customer levels or accounts in a particular customer level only. To manage your points settings, go to [Store settings>Customers>Customer policies>Points]. Search customer points Check points details of all customers. Search history of rewarded/deducted points by customer level, ID, or date range. Summary for the period Select date range and search to see Summary for the period. Check the summary of the points at a glance including rewarded/deducted points and their balance, rewarded pending points, and rewarded pending customer level-/coupon-based points. Available points Points that can be used immediately among all points rewarded for signup or purchases Pending points Points that cannot be used immediately after being rewarded for purchases Points are not rewarded as available points right away to prevent customers from exploiting the points program. Points are first rewarded as pending points so that customers do not use points earned from the previous orders to buy products and request cancellations immediately after. Points history Point classification Based on search conditions, results can be displayed separately in [Available points], [Pending points], or [Pending customer level-/coupon-based points]. Points type If you select type, points history with the selected type will be displayed. Export as CSV Clicking [Export as CSV] will open the [Export CSV for Customers] pop-up. If you click [Create CSV] button and select a template in [Export CSV for Customers] pop-up, you will be able to download a CSV file that contains your customer data. You will be able to download the file on the day you requested the file or the next day depending on the data volume. [Related pop-up ] Bulk adjust points When clicked, [Adjust points in bulk] pop-up will appear for you to import CSV to adjust points for multiple customers in bulk. - [Related pop-up ] ID When clicked, a [CRM] window will pop-up - [Related pop-up ] Related orders/Referrers Clicking the related order number or referrer's ID will open the [Order details] pop-up. - [Related pop-up ]
