General information Customer level The current customer level of the relevant customer is displayed and you can change the level. Generate temporary password You can send a temporary password to the customer. Email Tick [Email] to send a temporary password via email. [ID/Password information] in [Store settings>Customers>Automated messaging>Automated emails>ID/Password information]. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties Check and edit the current agreement status of the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties. Click [Check edit log] to see history of customer's acceptance of terms. When clicking [Check edit log] button, you will see "T" if the customer accepted the terms, or "F" if the customer did not accept the terms or has no history of accepting the terms. Consignment of Personal Information Processing Check and edit the current agreement status of the Consignment of Personal Information Processing. Click [Check edit log] to see history of customer's acceptance of terms. When clicking [Check edit log] button, you will see T if the customer accepted the terms, or F if the customer did not accept the terms or has no history of accepting the terms. Consignment of Personal Information Processing Customers can change the status of information processing consignment and you can check their status and the modification date. Add to blocklist Add to blocklist [Blocklist] icon is displayed before or after the customer ID. Additional settings Block purchases - When a blocklisted customer attempts to place an order, a warning message is displayed to stop the relevant customer from purchasing products in [Product details], [Wishlist], and [Shopping cart]. Block login - When a blocklisted customer attempts to log in to the store, a warning message is displayed to stop the relevant customer from logging in to the store. Go to [Store settings>Website>Website configuration>Alerts] to change the alert messages. Additional information Add and edit additional information including date of birth, referrer ID, wedding anniversary, areas of interest, etc. Customer level change log and Customer information edit log Click [Details] for each log to check detailed history of changes made to the customer’s level and information. The edit log for customer information shows changes made for the latest one year. All data is automatically deleted after one year. Password You can reset a lost or forgotten password for your customers. The same password rules selected under [Additional settings] in [Store settings>Customers>Customer accounts>Account signup fields] will be applied. 누적 할인 금액(건수) '누적 할인 금액(건수)'는 회원 등급 할인이 발생한 주기를 기준으로 계산되어요. '할인 금액(건수)'는 회원등급 할인을 받은 주문이 생기면 해당 주기에 반영되어요. '할인 취소 금액(건수)'는 회원등급 할인이 발생한 주문이 취소/교환/반품되어 변경 시 주문이 발생한 주기에 반영되어요. 부분 취소 또는 할인 주기가 지나고 발생한 취소/교환/반품 등의 상세 계산 방법은 아래 '자주 묻는 질문'을 통해 확인할 수 있어요.
